The October painting challenge in One-Ring is Gandalf. I found two unpainted Gandalfs in my endless miniature storage boxes. The one on the left is Gandalf the Grey, and the other one is Gandalf the White on Shadowfax. I don't know yet which one I'm going to paint, or maybe both of them.

Since I made my mind quite quickly and I already have some progress, I decided to just update this post. Shadowfax is finished and Gandalf basecoated and his face painted. The clothes need shadows and highlights, and details like the staff end and eyes need to be painted, but otherwise he is almost finished already.
