I painted Uglúk and Merry last weekend. Uglúk is painted in the same colours as my other Uruk-hai with dark reddish brown skin, brown clothes and a bit rusted armour. I gave the armour plates a wash with brown and black paints to make them look more worn and battered.

Merry is from the old Attack at Weathertop boxed set. Not the most dynamic sculpt, or very detailed miniature.
